Judge Richard J. Billik, Jr.

   Judge Richard J. Billik, Jr. has been a sitting circuit court judge for almost 18 years.  He has been assigned to
various courtrooms where he has presided over jury and bench trials.  He currently presides over a courtroom in the
Chancery Division at the Daley Center, where he has been assigned for over 9 ½ years.

   He has been found qualified or recommended by bar associations that have interviewed him and evaluated his
qualifications for the office of circuit court judge.  Prior to becoming a judge, he worked as an attorney in private
practice with offices in the City of Chicago and in the suburbs.

   He has been a member of the Illinois Judges Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association
and West Suburban Bar Association.
