| Judge Raymond L. Jagielski Judge Raymond L. Jagielski was elected to the bench in 1992. His original assignment was in the First Municipal District where he heard traffic and misdemeanor cases. In 1995 he was assigned to the County Division where for 12 years he heard Real Estate Tax cases, Adoption cases, Mental Health cases, and Election cases.
