Judge Michelle Jordan

       Judge Michelle Jordan has been a sitting judge for 5 years and is assigned
to the First Municipal District where she hears felony preliminary hearings.  Prior
to becoming a judge, she worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney, Assistant Illinois
Attorney General where she was Chief of the Environmental Control Division, a
partner in a large downtown law firm, Deputy Regional Administrator of Region Five
of the United States Environmental Protection Agency during the Clinton
Administration, and as a federal prosecutor.  Judge Jordan has previously been
found qualified by all the bar associations..
