Margaret A. Brennan Circuit Court of Cook County Margaret Ann Brennan was elected to the bench in 2002.  She is presently assigned to the Fifth Municipal District, hearing a variety of matters including traffic, misdemeanor criminal and civil matters.  She was previously assigned to the First Municipal District non-jury Contract and Torts Division. Prior to serving on the bench, Brennan was an Assistant General Counsel for Exelon Business Services Company, a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation.  She also represented the City of Chicago as an Assistant Corporation Counsel.   Brennan is active in her community including volunteering with Junior Achievement, Boy Scouts of America and her local parish.  She resides in Cook County with her husband and children.
